Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect for the Phantom beta and why. We do not sell personal data.
1. Data we process
Account email, display name, authentication and approval status, session cookies required to stay signed in, uploaded creative files you choose to submit, and operational logs needed to run and secure the service.
2. Why we process it
To create and protect accounts, send verification and approval email, deliver the creative tools you request, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
3. Where processing happens
Phantom runs on owner-controlled cloud infrastructure. Browser clients never receive provider credentials or unrestricted storage keys.
4. Retention
Prompts and chats are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Inactive outputs are scheduled for deletion after 30 days; active outputs remain until you delete them. Audit and moderation records are retained for 12 months, and backups have a three-day point-in-time recovery period. Edit-source retention continues to follow its existing retention setting.
During this interim beta, account deletion requests remain available by email until self-service deletion is verified for release. Optional model-training consent, where the in-app control is available, is not required to use Phantom and may be withdrawn.
