Terms of Service
Phantom is a cloud creative studio operated for invited beta testing. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and invitation
Access is limited to invited or owner-approved testers. By accepting these Terms you confirm that you meet Phantom’s published age and eligibility requirements and that the date of birth you provide is accurate. Accounts are not available to under-13s. Accounts for people aged 13 to 17 are disabled unless Phantom explicitly enables its restricted account mode.
2. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to compromise the service, harvest other users’ data, impersonate Phantom or makephantom.com, or use the service for unlawful content. We may suspend or remove access when these rules are broken.
3. Beta status
The service is provided as a beta. Features may change, pause, or fail. Do not rely on beta storage as your only copy of important work.
4. Accounts and security
Keep your password confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Official sign-in happens only on makephantom.com hosts controlled by us.
5. Deletion and optional training consent
During this interim beta, request account deletion by email until self-service deletion is verified for release. Any model-training consent offered in the app is optional and is not required for an account.
